The Consorzio Motoscafisti Stresa Boats is the first society born on Lake Maggiore. We have 7 motorboats equipped with the best comforts. For more than 25 years we have been offering our experience to organize transfers and mini-cruises to Borromeo’s Islands and all around the lake to touch every lake shore resorts. We put our knowledge of the area at the disposal of Travel agency, Tour operators, Corporations, Institutions, Schools and of everybody, who wish to organize excursions on our beautiful lake.

The Borromean Islands

(Beautiful Islands), which is the most famous, is also the most frequented. The palace, built in the 17C, is richly furnished and decorated. The Conference room (where Mc Donald, Mussolini, and Laval met in 1935), the room in which Napoleon slept. The gardens, laid out in superimposed terraces, form an extraordinary museum of statuary and botanical specimens.

(Mother Islands) has an 16 c. palace and splendid gardens, even more luxsuriant than those of the Isola Bella. Peococks and golden pheasant strut slowly in the flower and botanical gardens. There is a splendid panorama of the lake shores.

(Fishermen’s Islands) or Isola Superiore (Upper Islands) is the one on which the original atmosphere is best preserved, with the narrowalleys of the fishing village, the port and esplanade, and many viewpoints.
